Overview

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Please note: When the checkout/customer details section asks for your "personal information", please enter your full name and billing address. The name and address you enter must match the information you have on file with your credit card provider, or the order will not be authorized. These extra steps provide additional security against possible credit card fraud.

Acceptable Payment Methods

We like to make it as easy and convenient as possibly for you to make a purchase from us. We accept all major credit cards, checks, money orders or wire transfers.

• Credit Card Payments - Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards are accepted via secure online ordering for your protection. Our digital encryption certificate is issue by TrustWave. (When entering sensitive information on any web page, look for the https:// in the address window and the padlock at the bottom right corner to confirm you are in a secure environment).
• Customer billing street address and zip code MUST match credit card holder information on file at the issuing bank for an order to process.
• Customers paying with Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express must enter their three-digit security code printed on the back of their card (American Express four-digit on front of card) in the appropriate form field at checkout.
• Telephone Orders – Customers can call in an order to Wholesale Point at (800) 986-0525 or (630) 986-1700.
• Bank-Certified Check or Money Order - made out to Wholesale Point, Inc. When sending a Bank-Certified Check or Money Order, please include the following: Item number and description, your name, street address and telephone number. Wholesale Point does NOT accept personal or business checks, without prior approval!
Customers can add items to their shopping cart and print a copy of the web page showing their order total, including shipping and handling fees. Printed order pages can be mailed to us with a check (Orders will not ship until checks have cleared) to the following address:

• Purchase Orders – We accept purchase orders from most Schools, Hospitals and Government Agencies. We reserve the right to ask for additional information and/or refuse to accept a purchase order.
